Let's gather in Matsuyama on April 15th, the day before RubyKaigi 2025, to work on Ruby, Ruby libraries, and the ecosystem.
The venue is planned to be open from around 10:00 AM, but please note that the organizers will not provide lunch. During the lunch hour (12:00-1:00 PM), we plan to either rotate venue supervision or temporarily close the venue. Participation for only the morning or afternoon session is also possible.
From around 4:00 PM, a Ruby developers' meeting will be held at the same venue.

While non-Ruby committers are welcome to attend, due to time constraints, self-introductions and adding agenda items will be limited to Ruby committers only.
Facilities include power outlets and shared Free WiFi. However, we have been informed that the WiFi speed may not be sufficient and many connections are not supported, so please consider preparing your own internet connection.

The venue is in the opposite direction of the RubyKaigi venue.
